Weekly Menu Plan | Week of November 18, 2013
Has it really been over a month since I posted on here?! How did that happen? I went back to working part time the end of October and unfortunately the blog has kinda pushed onto the back burner. I’ve missed posting though so I am going to make more of an effort to make my blogging more of a priority.
Today is the start of the Holiday Bootie Busting Challenge put on by Run To The Finish. In this challenge you get points for eating your fruits and veggies, doing regular workouts, and drinking your water. The challenge goes through the end of the year so I will be posting about that occasionally. Today I got off to a good start by doing a 5K with my sister.
Here is what I have on the menu plan this week:
Wednesday: Roasted Squash Sesame Noodles
Thursday: Pumpkin Pot Pie
Friday: Homemade Pizza
Saturday: Whole wheat gnocchi with pasta sauce
Sunday: Southwestern Stuffed Sweet Potatoes (Veganized)
