Menu Plan | Week of August 19, 2013
Well, we are back to school. Today was the first day of school and I have a first grader! I am hoping to be a little more creative with lunches this year. Last night I posted a picture of L’s first lunch on Facebook .
We will see how long before we are back to the standard PB and J.
I also am starting a part time job on Wednesday. I am a licensed physical therapist but quit my job in December 2010 to stay home with the kiddos. We decided that this fall I would go back to work 15 hours a week and I was able to find a job close to home where I can still pick up L from school. A friend is going to be watching the younger 2 so hopefully it will work out well for everyone.
I admit I haven’t planned out this week’s menu plan very well but here’s what I thinking right now:
Monday: Sesame Sriracha Soy Curl Sandwich - I had this on the menu a couple weeks ago but didn’t make it
Tuesday: Caprese Quinoa Bake
Wednesday: Falafel nachos
Friday: Pizza Night
Saturday: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Sunday: Corn Roast and Veggie Hot Dogs at L’s school
