What I Ate Wednesday

It was a pretty uneventful day here in the TVM house.  I got to stay home all day (except for picking up L from school).  I did the majority of the house cleaning on Monday so the house was as clean as can be expected for having 3 kids and and a husband.  Laundry was caught up.

So there was time to play Barbies, put together puzzles, do some baking, get ripped in 30 with Jillian, and get some blog work done.  All in all a productive day!

Here’s what fueled me for the day’s activities

WIAW 2-6-13

Beginning in the top right corner:

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with PB, banana, chia seeds, and soymilk  with 1/2 grapefruit

Lunch:  Leftovers.  Veggie Pizza with Buffalo Cauliflower

Dinner:  Vegetarian Chicken Tortilla Pie (recipe coming tomorrow)

Snacks (unpictured) Kashi crunchy granola bar, handful of chocolate chips when baking


Have a great day everyone!  I am off to take Little Man to Dr for routine checkup.  Then to Trader Joes and Whole Foods.  Let’s hope I don’t do too much damage to the budget!
