Menu Plan Week of 1/14/13
Last week was the week of TV premiers. And now my TV watching has quadrupled. Thank goodness for DVR! We have been watching Top Chef, which is one of my absolute favorite shows, but last week was the premiers of Downton Abbey, Justified, and Biggest Loser. I have been anxiously awaiting the new season of Downton Abbey and was super excited to watch it last week. It was on again last night but we caught up on Biggest Loser instead. We stopped watching Biggest Loser when Jillian left the show (and there were just too many ‘seasons’ in a row) but started again with this season. It really is a very inspirational show that makes me want to exercise! What TV shows are must watch for you?
Now, onto our menu for this week
Monday: Butternut Squash Soup with salad and homemade bread
Tuesday: Thai Fried Quinoa
Wednesday: Something with tempeh but unsure what yet
Thursday: Dinner Out
Friday: Homemade Pizza Night
Saturday: Dinner at Church
Sunday: Chili

I never watch TV until my daughter got me hooked on BL this season. Love it!
