What I Ate Wednesday-On Thursday
I totally meant to post this yesterday. I had the photo collage all ready. Everything planned out. And then I forgot.
The kids and I are at my mom and dad’s helping with a garage sale and it just slipped my mind.
Anyway, here’s what I ate on Tuesday.
Breakfast was some Grape Nuts cereal mixed with Uncle Sam’s cereal topped with banana and berries and a little almond milk
For a snack I had an unpictured piece of toast with PB
Lunch was a veggie burger on a salad
For afternoon snack I had one of these brownies
I intended to post the recipe but the notebook that has the recipe written done is at home. These brownies are very fudgy. They are more dense than “regular” brownies. They are vegan and oil free as well as whole wheat. But the recipe will have to wait until early next week.
Back to the collage picture, dinner was a side salad with cheesy broccoli rice from Susan at Fat Free Vegan Kitchen. It thought it was pretty good but could have used a little more spice.
