Bacon, Mushroom, Mozzarella, and Caramelized Onion Pizza {Secret Recipe Club}

It’s that time again!  Time for the Secret Recipe Club.  This month I was assigned Danielle’s blog A Day in the Life. Danielle writes about the happenings in her life while raising two boys.  While browsing through her recipes I came across this pizza and knew that it’s what I was going to make.   The tomato and goat cheese risotto, black bean and sweet potato burgers, and dulce de leche bars with roasted white chocolate also look fantastic though and I really want to try those.

We have pizza nearly every Friday night and I am always looking for different varieties to try.  I veganized this recipe by making tempeh bacon and used Daiya non-dairy mozzarella cheese.  I also used my standard pizza crust recipe that you can find here.

This was a delicious pizza and I will definitely be making it again.
