Menu Plan Monday~Nov 28

Is everyone recovered from their weekend of eating.  I know I ate way too much!  And it is just the beginning of the Holiday season.  There is plenty more to come in the next weeks.  Better make sure I am getting those workouts in!

Last night we started putting up the Christmas decorations.  I love how cozy a room looks with a Christmas tree!  For the past few years we have gotten a real Christmas tree.  (Well, we actually have 2 trees.  An artificial one that gets all the handmade/sentimental ornaments and the real tree with a snowflake theme.)  We go the weekend after Thanksgiving and take a horse drawn wagon ride back to pick out the perfect tree.  One year we had snow, one year it was really cold but this year it was 60 degrees!  Crazy Michigan weather!

I will post some pictures when we are done decorating!  In the meantime here is our menu for the week

Monday:  General Tsos Tofu

Tuesday:  Butternut Squash Soup (The last Runner’s World had a curried butternut squash soup I think I will try)

Wednesday: Potato Hash

Thursday: Tostadas with Black Beans and Avocado

Friday: Homemade Pizza Night

Saturday: Crockpot Lentil and Sweet Potato Soup

    I ate way too much on Thanksgiving too. :/ Especially dessert.

    • Thank you! I am afraid it is only the beginning of the desserts! I am baking Christmas cookies next weekend.
